Mary E. Roach

 Many experiences and teachers led me to create this book.  I rarely am at a loss for words which in this case certainly helped.  I spent quality time learning from a wise Native-American Elder and  Healer.  Her perspective shifted mine.  After reading each entry, may your mindset shift.  May you notice opportunities and feel more confident.  May your new awareness turn obstacles into opportunities.  Be mindful of how you interact with one another.

My hope is that wherever you are in life that this book will challenge and shift your thoughts, words, and deeds.  Change is the only constant life provides.  May you have the willingness to change and the courage to act, as you recapture your freedom of childhood.
